創作總監: 王嘉雯，是一名入行廿載的品牌設計師，對於建立企業形象和時裝品牌的經驗，相當豐富。王嘉雯在發展項目:「九龍貓」時所擔當的角色，為九龍貓創作社的創作總監，主要負責：
繪畫角色設計，創作故事和意念，繪製漫畫或插畫，撰寫故事書，創作主題曲等等。
Creative Director: Karman Wong , a Brand Designer with twenty years of experience in establishing corporate identities and fashion brands. In the Kowloon Meow project development, Karman Wong served as the Creative Director for Kowloon Meow Creation mainly responsible for: character design, story and idea creation, drawing comics or illustrations, creating storybooks, and composing theme songs, among other tasks.
